How it started

Before that I spent an hour each morning copying numbers from four dashboards.

For the first six months I did everything myself and was sure it was cheaper. In reality I was paying for my mistakes with time instead of money.

What I learned

Now I do the maths first and launch second. Boring — but the account has been in the black for three quarters straight.
